Alex Daszkal is a founding partner of Goldman & Daszkal, P.A. a Florida personal injury law firm. He began his legal career as an Attorney Advisor to Judge John S. Patton at the United States Department of Labor in 1987. He and Glenn Goldman formed the firm in 1990, and he still practices there today. Helping people injured in automobile, trucking, and other accidents is the heart of his practice. He also represents people injured in disasters such as fires and construction accidents.
Mr. Daszkal believes strongly in providing personal attention to each and every client he represents. Clients come to him in a time of great crisis, when they are dealing with injury, medical expenses, loss of work, or even loss of a loved one. This requires a high level of care and attention, something Mr. Daszkal is proud to offer.
An accomplished trial attorney, Mr. Daszkal has amassed many courtroom victories. He strives to resolve cases in a way that best serves his clients’ interests, which could mean a settlement or a jury trial. By focusing exclusively on representing the rights of injured people, he has developed a broad set of skills he can use to determine the best strategy to help his clients recover the damages owed to them. This includes identifying the responsible party, dealing with insurance companies, and assessing and calculating a client’s damages. He has argued cases before courts at multiple levels of the judicial system.
Mr. Daszkal obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1983, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1987. He obtained his Florida law license in 1988. He has also been licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1989. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Florida Justice Association (fka, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
