Attorney Glenn Goldman attended The Appeal of Conscience Foundation Charity Golf Tournament held on Sunday February 10, 2019 on Fisher Island. The Appeal of Conscience Foundation was started in 1965 by Rabbi Arthur Schneier, with the mission of promoting religious freedom and human rights in every country.
The Appeal of Conscience Foundation includes an interfaith coalition of leaders – ranging from religious leaders to business leaders – who work together to promote peace, the resolution of ethnic conflict, and tolerance around the world. “The Foundation believes that freedom, democracy and human rights are the fundamental values that give nations of the world their best hope for peace, security and shared prosperity.” More information on Appeal of Conscience Foundation can be found here.
Attorney Sean Pleus attended the first annual Gilda’s Club event, “Jet, Cruise en Rouge”, where he and other Gilda’s Club members helped raise funds to support the organization. Goldman Daszkal, P.A. was a proud sponsor for the event.
Gilda’s Club is a non-profit organization named in honor of comedian Gilda Radner – one of the original cast members of Saturday Night Live. The organization, an affiliate of the Cancer Support Community, offers free programs for men, women, teens, and children as well as their families and friends who have been touched by cancer.
