Kenneth Cutler
Kenneth A. Cutler is a partner in the Florida personal injury law firm Goldman, Daszkal, Cutler, Kirby & Galsterer, as well as the firm’s lead litigator. After obtaining his law degree in 1986, he practiced in the Ft. Lauderdale area and made partner at a Ft. Lauderdale firm. He joined Goldman & Daszkal, P.A. in 1996. He represents clients in personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, slip & fall and trip & fall accidents, dangerous property conditions, food poisoning and toxic substances, and dangerous or defective products. He also assists people injured due to negligence in nursing homes.
Mr. Cutler is strongly committed to his community, volunteering his time to support youth literacy and education. He is a judge for the Broward County Teen Court and participates in the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition. In 2005, the National Youth Court Center inducted him into its Volunteer Hall of Honor. He has been an Assistant Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America, and coached for youth sports leagues in Parkland and Coral Springs. He has been a Continuing Education professor at Florida Atlantic University for the paralegal program. He has served as president and director of the Parkland Friends of the Library, and he served on the New Library Building Committee for the City of Parkland in 2002-2003.
This commitment to community and education is demonstrated in his practice of law, where he strives to give his clients the best and most professional representation possible. His many years of practice at all levels of the judicial system gives him a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the legal system and how it can work to support his client’s best interests. Before working for injured clients at Goldman, Daszkal, Cutler, Kirby & Galsterer, he spent several years representing defendants in personal injury cases, including insurance defense, and he has brought the skills he learned there to the benefit of the injured people he now represents.
Born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, Mr. Cutler received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with a minor in History, from the University of Florida in 1982. He received his law degree from Nova University in 1986. He has been admitted to practice by the State Bar of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1986. In 1991, he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Broward and Palm Beach County Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association (fka, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), and the American Association for Justice (fka, ATLA).
