Glenn Goldman began his legal career in 1988 as an associate with the personal injury law firm of Zevin & Suglio, P. A. Glenn handled hundreds of injured plaintiffs cases until the end of 1990. In 1990, Glenn along with his partner, Alex Daszkal, founded Goldman & Daszkal, P.A. and has been since active in representing thousands of wronged plaintiffs in all types of accident, injury, and wrongful death cases.

Alex Daszkal, Esquire
Alex Daszkal began his legal career in 1987 at the US Department of Labor, where he worked as Attorney Advisor to Judge John S. Patton. Afterwards, Alex went into private law practice, concentrating on representing injured plaintiffs in accident and disaster cases. Alex, along with his partner, Glenn Goldman, founded Goldman & Daszkal, P.A. in 1990, and has since been active in representing thousands of wronged plaintiffs in all types of accident injury cases.

Kenneth A. Cutler, Esquire
Kenneth A. Cutler is the lead litigator for the firm. He has had numerous trials and extensive litigation experience over the last twenty years involving the prosecution of personal injury claims, product defects, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home torts, premises liability, food poison and toxic substance cases, PIP, and medpay, as well as insurance defense litigation, defending personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, asbestos litigation, toxic torts, discrimination suits, and many other insurance-related issues.

Brian Bolton, Esquire
Brian Bolton began his legal career in 1994 as an associate with the law firm of Mattlin and McClosky, P.A. He concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation. At the end of 1995, he joined the law firm of Goldman, Daszkal & Cutler. He has been active in representing hundreds of plaintiffs in all types of injury and wrongful death cases. In 1996, he opened a satellite office in Pembroke Pines, which has now been relocated to Hollywood.

Jeffrey D. Kirby, Esquire
Jeffrey D. Kirby was born December 16, 1964 in Arlington, Virginia. He grew up in Fort Walton Beach/Destin, Florida. He served as an associate with the personal injury defense law firm of Wicker Smith from September 1990 to April 1992. He was an associate handling personal injury plaintiff and defense cases for the law firm of Sellars, Marion, and Bachi P.A. from April 1992 to May 2000. Since June 2000, he has been a partner at the law firm of Goldman, Daszkal, Cutler, Bolton & Kirby, Attorneys At Law.
