Sean has been handling personal injury claims since 2003 having started his career working as a claims adjuster with Nationwide Insurance. His experience working for an insurance company has given him insight into how the insurance companies evaluate cases and how to properly present his client’s case to the carrier in order to maximize settlement values, and he has been successful in attaining favorable results both in and out of court. Sean understands that his clients are dealing with a lot of problems from getting their car fixed, finding time to treat with the doctor for their injuries, and possibly the inability to work. He will work with his clients to assess what their situation is, and advise them on what their options are and what to expect. Sean also speaks conversational Spanish which enables him to communicate with his Spanish speaking clientele.
