Goldman & Daszkal, P.A. Lend a Hand (and a Paw) at Fine Wines and Canines

Goldman & Daszkal, P.A., Boca Raton-based personal injury law firm, sponsored the 5th Annual Fine Wines and Canines event, bringing together dogs and wine for a night. The event raised over $32,000 for PROPEL (People Reaching Out to Provide Education and Leadership) scholarships for underprivileged youth in South Palm Beach and North Broward counties.

The event, held April 10th in downtown Boca Raton, drew over 400 attendees plus dogs of every breed and wine of every variety. PROPEL’s Executive Director, Nhu Nyugen, applauds the support and guidance provided by Goldman & Daszkal, P.A., noting that the firm’s involvement helped PROPEL raise funds to provide $150,000 in scholarships in the last five years. PROPEL, a non-profit profit organization serving economically disadvantaged youth, is committed to transforming lives through educational opportunities, programs and scholarships for deserving youth.

Alex Daszkal, one of the founding partners at Goldman & Daszkal, P.A., began volunteering with PROPEL 2 ½ years ago. “We are thrilled to be able to support this event and raise funds and awareness for PROPEL,” noted Daszkal. “We want to make a lasting impact by helping underprivileged students both academically and financially.”

Providing support for humanitarian causes is not new to Goldman & Daszkal, P.A. Both Alex Daszkal and Glenn Goldman, the firm’s founding partners, strongly believe in giving back to the community and helping charitable organizations. Partners and other firm attorneys are involved with several charitable organizations including Gilda’s Club of South Florida, Take Stock in Children – Broward County, and Habitat for Humanity. “We encourage community service and we are pleased that it is becoming part of our firm’s culture,” noted Glenn Goldman. “As legal professionals and as South Floridians, we believe in helping others and making a difference in our community.”
